Elisabetta Franzoso - MA in Counselling, Dip Psychology & Gestalt Therapy

“Elisabetta Franzoso is one of those rare women who struggles deeply, works powerfully, lives fully, cries openly, laughs loudly, and loves completely. Her experiences with family and self run the full spectrum from elated joy to utter collapse, and back to a solid foundation for whole and healthy living. She is a powerful speaker, excellent facilitator, and highest quality contributor.”

Hello I’m Elisabetta,

An international integrative coach, mentor trainer & speaker with more than 25 years of life & professional experience spent in Asia & Australia and multiple qualifications ranging from traditional coaching and counselling techniques to cutting edge transpersonal psychology, neuro linguistic programming (NLP), neuroscience and epigenetics.

I am a dynamic and spirited Italian woman and mother, whose background, both professionally and personally, has shaped my approach to my coaching & counselling profession, finally culminating in my impactful and innovative methodology: Get Into Your Groove Integrative (Life) Coaching

Life Coach with an empowering story

I have an immense fervour for inspiring and motivating men and women to re-engage with their confidence & wellness (such as physical and mental health), choosing a life of purpose enriched with stimulating relationships

My passion for learning means my practice is constantly evolving. I currently have a multitude of coaching and counselling qualifications, including being a student of international motivators and teachers such as Anthony Robbins (Life Mastery), Debbie Ford (The Shadow Effect) and Gabrielle Roth (5 Rhythms). I am a former facilitator and coach of the internationally known Hoffman Quadrinity Process.

“Taking risk, investing time, energy and money in my personal growth and empowerment were actions I chose for my own and my family’s health. They were actions of love and self-responsibility that led me and my daughter Stella on a journey towards personal freedom.”

Elisabetta Franzoso (Stella’s Mum Gets Her Groove Back  - Singapore, 2008)

Originally from Italy, my journey with self development began during the 25 years I lived in South East Asia, and it is continuing now in Europe where I moved after my divorce.

A fierce desire to be a better mother, wife and woman led me to the very first encounter with self-development where I went and sought help. This is where I first saw change, the layers began to unfurl and my life started to transform. I became driven to gather more knowledge and develop skills in this field so that eventually I could guide someone else to embark on their own journey.

My Journey

My rich array of knowledge and personal experience, coupled with my international exposure and cultural sensitivities, has helped me curate a truly unique, versatile and zestful approach to my profession as an international coach, trainer, mentor and key-note speaker.

Along this journey in 2008, I published my first book Stella’s Mum Gets Her Groove Back - A True Story.

The process of writing this book empowered me to take responsibility for my actions and freed myself from the toxic and damaging cycle which was affecting my family, marriage and myself as a parent. Within the book, I wrote about my challenging past of abuse and neglect, at a time when this topic was still hardly talked about and confronted. My wish has always been to inspire and motivate other men and women to share their stories, in order for them to heal their lives.

My Mission

As a key-note speaker and trainer, my mission is to guide, educate and empower individuals around the globe on the importance of getting to know the deep meaning of Love, Empowerment & Personal Freedom connected to wellbeing (physical & mental health) and deep transformation.

Love is an active force with the power to transform and free men & women inside & out.”

Elisabetta Franzoso

As Gandhi so wisely once put it… we must, “be the change we want to see in the world”.

As I moved on my own self-empowering journey, I connected more with my deep desires for social activism. Since 2008, when my first book "Stellas Mum Gets Her Groove Back" was published, my aim has been to build awareness and education around the following topics by offering talks, workshops and webinars on:

  1. Domestic Violence

  2. Family Relationships (parent to children, parent to parent)

  3. Abuse & Neglect in family

  4. Bullying in school environment

  5. Sexual Harassment

  6. Racism

Life Coach Personal Story and growth

“In order for real, deep change to occur, I believe we must first overcome our fears. As humans, we naturally tend to defend the belief system we've constructed and restricted ourselves to, even if it is flawed and self-limiting. I help you to break down those walls and when your defences are lowered and you need another person to stimulate, inspire and motivate you, I will be that person.”

“I had the privilege of meeting Elisabetta during the early stages of her transformational development in Singapore. Elisabetta seized the courage to face and overcome her historical and very personal demons. By doing so, she has cleared the pathway so others may follow. Deeply loving, insightful and highly creative, Elisabetta has scaled her own Mt Everest. Now she stands at the summit releasing her second book to the world. What accomplishment. What joy!”

“Meeting Elisabetta has been an incredible turning point in my life. This amazing woman has given me the resources to discover things about myself that I would have struggled with without her help. I reached out to her during a very tough time of my life, and I am sitting writing this feeling in a completely different headspace, largely down to the conversations we have had.

She has not only helped me realise things about myself that I need to work on, but has also helped me to appreciate things about myself, and really work on loving myself again. I already have, and will continue to speak to lots of people about how inspirational Elisabetta has been for me. My journey with her is still very much in its infancy, and I'm excited to continue this journey together. Thank you for all your help you amazing person!”

“Before working with Elisabetta, I thought I had a good understanding of who I was as a person. I thought I had gone into my past, worked on my life experiences and moved forward. I thought I had an excellent understanding of my emotions and was in control of who I am as a person.

After only six sessions with Elisabetta, she opened my eyes to who I am and what I want in life. She’s enabled me to see things from my past that I had no idea even existed and then guided me through a process of helping me to understand why I am the way I am, why I do what I do, and how I can move my life forward.

I’m now in an incredible place. Sure, there is always more work to do, and I have been working on myself for years before now, but having someone to listen to you and to guide you is life-changing. I suddenly feel like like I have permission to be myself and believe in who I am and what I stand for. I’ve never felt so alive and so in the flow of life.”

“Experiencing a difficult time both professionally and personally, I had recently moved from Italy to Singapore for work and things were not going well. I started looking for a coach who would help me understand how to improve the situation, after Googling, I bumped into Elisabetta and started a wonderful journey.

She has accompanied me on a path of profound reconnection and acceptance of myself; together we explored my relationships from childhood to adulthood, I was able to see and process my emotions, to recognise my triggers, my blind spots and moving on to my potential and gifts. I have always felt free and safe with her loving, compassionate and firm guidance. Her professionalism and holistic work style in 4 dimensions have made me passionate about the subject and now, besides being my coach and counsellor, she is also my mentor on the path to becoming a coach and therapist ... as I said at the beginning, Elisabetta was the game changer of my life and I couldn't be more grateful to have met her.”

“I have known Elisabetta for nearly 20 years. We both lived in Singapore but lost touch when I moved back to London.

I was very lucky when a common friend of ours reconnected me to Elisabetta while she was visiting her daughter in London. I had previously gone through the Hoffman process, and knowing that Elisabetta was a Hoffman Process Facilitator helped to reassure me that she was the right coach for me - guiding me through the obstacles I was facing in my personal and professional life. Elisabetta guided me with a firm hand, love, empathy and great knowledge. The results were immediate; I faced my fears and found trust in myself.

My life has improved dramatically and what it seemed a year ago “mission impossible”, at the beginning of this New Year 2019 feels more like “mission accomplished”. I still have to continue my journey, I still have to work on myself, but I am confident and looking forward to a new and exciting journey. My fear is gone; I celebrate the benefits that come from my new awareness. Grazie Elisabetta, for your passion, for your big heart, I look forward to continuing my journey under your wonderful guidance.”
